2017 Poster Contest Winners!

Live Oak Public Libraries is thrilled to announce the winners of the 2017 Savannah Children’s Book Festival Poster Contest! We would like to thank all of the hundreds of enthusiastic readers that submitted an entry. Hundreds of unique art works were submitted. Congratulations to our finalists! The Library will be carefully choosing a design from the winners group that will grace the formal poster and T-shirt for the upcoming Festival.

All of the Poster Contest Winners and those who received an Honorary Mention, their teachers and families, are invited to the Poster Contest reception on Tues., April 25 at 6 p.m. at the historic Bull Street Library located at 2002 Bull Street in downtown Savannah.

Live Oak Public Libraries and the City of Savannah’s Department of Cultural Affairs will present the Savannah Children’s Book Festival on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Forsyth Park.

The 2017 Savannah Children’s Book Festival Chairperson is Children’s Librarian, Kady MacFarlane from Oglethorpe Mall Library.
