Request a Meeting Room

Please note:

Room booking is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation either by email or telephone. Branch staff are not official confirmations. Completing the form is not official confirmation.

You must provide both an email and a telephone number. Failure to provide both negates request.

Reservations are necessary and will not be accepted earlier than 6 weeks in advance of any meeting. Rooms must be booked no later than 14 days prior to the event day. Official confirmation may take up to 5 business days.
