This year’s festival will be held on Saturday, November 10th, in Forsyth Park.
This year’s theme was “Dream Big: READ” and more than 300 designs were submitted in the elementary, middle, high school and college categories. Public, private and home school students in Chatham, Effingham, Liberty and neighboring counties submitted their designs. All entries will be exhibited during the month of November at the City of Savannah Dept. of Cultural Affairs S.P.A.C.E. Gallery at 9 West Henry Street.
