Laurel Snyder is a graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. A former Michener-Engle Fellow and occasional commentator for NPR's All Things Considered, she has authored books of poetry and prose, including her most recent novel for children, Any Which Wall. She lives with her family in Decatur, GA.
