Meeting Rooms

Live Oak Public Libraries offer the use of meeting rooms at some of our branches for civic, cultural, and educational activities. The meeting rooms are available for use during regular library hours of operation and are open on equal terms to all groups, provided that the meetings are open to the public. The fact that a group is permitted to use a room does not in any way constitute an endorsement of the group's policies or beliefs by the library.
Please read our Meeting Rooms Policy for complete guidelines.

Bull Street offers two meeting rooms: a small seminar room and the auditorium. Reservations are necessary and will not be accepted earlier than thirty days in advance of any meeting. Reservations can be made by calling 912-652-3606. Please fax completed request to 912-652-3638.

Carnegie has a medium-sized meeting room. Please call the branch to schedule.

Effingham (Springfield) has a medium-sized meeting room. Please call the branch to schedule.
