Read it Loud! Savannah

ReadItLoudLogo.jpg

Read It Loud! Savannah is a community-wide campaign to encourage parents and other caregivers to read to children as early as possible – especially from birth until they start school. This campaign has the support of educational, religious and business leaders in the community – but it needs the participation of parents and other caregivers in order for it to achieve its goal.

Parents & caregivers: read to your child and you could win a prize! To be eligible to win great prizes each month this year, read aloud to your child (pre-school and elementary) every day.

Print out a reading log (in Spanish).
Read to your child every day and record your progress (it's OK to miss a day or so).
Turn in completed reading logs to any Live Oak Public Libraries branch or to one of the following: Royce Learning Center; Frank Callen Boys and Girls Club; or United Way.
