Happy Birthday Johnny! Johnny Mercer Tribute
To celebrate Johnny Mercer’s 105th birthday, the library presents a special taped concert performed by four great vocalists: Margaret Whiting, Julius LaRosa, Marlene VerPlanck and Johnny Hartman. Commentator is David Oppenheim. The concert was originally performed on April 19, 1982, the evening of the official opening of the Johnny Mercer Archives in the Pullen Library in Atlanta.
Toes to Nose: Family Yoga
Family Yoga is a fun way for your child to learn how to move creatively and interact with others. This class combines yoga postures with games, props and storytelling. Children see the adults doing the poses, and then learn how to do it themselves easily. Children must be accompanied by their parent or caregiver.
