Toes to Nose: Family Yoga
Family Yoga is a fun way for your child to learn how to move creatively and interact with others. This class combines yoga postures with games, props and storytelling. Everyone participates! Children see the adults doing the poses, and then learn how to do it themselves easily. Children must be accompanied by their parent or caregiver.
Gentle Power Yoga Classes
Build Strength, Balance and Flexibility
One hour Gentle Power Class suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogis.
Please come prepared with yoga mat, yoga block, water bottle and hand towel. Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move without restriction. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. Instructor: Katherine Johnson, Certified 200RYT Yoga Alliance Registered.
