Check out the reading list for your school. List entries link directly into our catalog. These lists include Accelerated Reader lists from Chatham, Effingham and Liberty Schools. Individual schools may also have their own summer reading lists and they may not be included in our online list.

You can place a hold on any copy and have it delivered to your branch for pickup. Do let us know if you have an e-mail account so we can contact you more quickly.

Lexile Reading Levels

Parents: Check out the Lexile “Find a Book” tool to find books to match your child’s reading level. The “Find a Book” search utility is a fun and easy way for parents and readers to look for the books they want to read or to find out more about the books they have to read for school. It helps parents find books to match their child’s reading level.WorldCat Find in a Library will show if we have the book and will link back to our catalog.
Also, the Lexile to Grade Equivalent Chart is another convenient way to help determine your child’s level. This information is for descriptive purposes only and should not be interpreted as a prescribed guide about what an appropriate reader measure or text measure should be for a given grade.
