Live Oak Public Libraries offer the use of meeting rooms at some of our branches for civic, cultural, and educational activities. The meeting rooms are available for use during regular library hours of operation and are open on equal terms to all groups, provided that the meetings are open to the public. The fact that a group is permitted to use a room does not in any way constitute an endorsement of the group’s policies or beliefs by the library.
Please read our Meeting Rooms Policy for complete guidelines.
Reservations are necessary and will not be accepted earlier than 6 weeks in advance of any meeting. Rooms must be booked no later than 14 days prior to the event day. Official confirmation may take up to 5 business days.
