Tax Assistance and Forms
Volunteers from the AARP Foundation, in partnership with the Internal Revenue Service, will assist citizens with their State and Federal tax returns starting February 5 at the following branches:
Bull Street Library on the third floor mezzanine.
Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays
Southwest Chatham Library in the second floor study rooms.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

Please bring all documentation and forms with you needed to complete your return.
Registration is required in person for each day. Early arrival is strongly recommended.
Live Oak Public Libraries is in no way responsible or liable for any tax advice or tax returns received by patrons of the AARP Foundation volunteers. It is illegal for librarians to dispense tax advice.
This service is provided free on a first-come, first served basis.
Preference is giving to customers 60 years and older, but all are welcome.
Please note: AARP Foundation volunteers cannot assist with “Schedule C” returns. They can, however, assist with “Schedule C – EZ” returns.
